Overview

This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to the custom computer programming and development consulting services provided by Bree Palmer LLC (breepalmer.pro). Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of service delivery or project milestone completion. If 30 days have passed since the service was delivered, we cannot offer a full or partial refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been implemented, and all deliverables (e.g., code files, project documentation, technical reports) must be returned to us in their original, unmodified state. We require a signed service agreement or proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, payment confirmation) to process any refund request.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated or completed:
  1. Custom code development that has been deployed, integrated, or used by the client.
  2. Technical consulting sessions (including strategy calls, code reviews, and troubleshooting support) that have been conducted.
  3. Pre-paid retainer fees for ongoing development or advisory services.
  4. Downloadable deliverables (e.g., code libraries, technical guides, system architecture blueprints) that have been accessed by the client.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted only in the following specific scenarios:
  1. A project is canceled by the client before 50% of the agreed-upon work is completed, and no deliverables have been used or deployed.
  2. Deliverables contain critical technical errors that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, and the issue is verified to be the result of our team’s error.
  3. A service is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeline due to our internal delays, and the client opts for a partial refund instead of waiting for completion.

Refund Process

  1. Submit Refund Request: Email help@breepalmer.pro with your full name, project ID, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the refund reason. Requests must be submitted within the 30-day eligibility window.
  2. Review & Verification: Our team will review your request within 5 business days. We may request additional information or documentation to verify the claim.
  3. Approval Notification: You will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved partial refunds will specify the refund amount based on the scope of uncompleted or defective work.
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. No cash refunds are available.

Return Address (For Deliverable Materials)

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning physical materials. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund amount if applicable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your approved refund within 10 business days:
  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement for pending transactions (processing times vary by financial institution).
  2. Contact your credit card issuer to inquire about hold times for merchant refunds.
  3. If the issue persists, email help@breepalmer.pro with your refund approval confirmation and payment details for further assistance.

Exchanges

Since our services are custom-tailored to client requirements, exchanges are not available. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, we offer a free 30-minute revision consultation to address minor technical adjustments or clarifications, provided the request is made within the 30-day policy window.

Gifted Services

If a service was purchased as a gift and the recipient does not wish to use it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. The recipient must provide proof of the gifted service (e.g., gift receipt, purchaser’s authorization) to initiate the request. No gift credits are offered for service-related purchases.
