Bree Palmer LLC primarily delivers digital services (code, reports, documentation) via secure online platforms. This policy applies only to physical items included in your service package. We offer shipping to addresses within the United States; international shipping is available upon request and additional fees.
- Processing Time: Physical items are prepared for shipping within 2–3 business days after service completion or digital deliverable handoff.
- Shipping Notifications: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched (via USPS or UPS).
- International shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- International clients are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with the package. These charges are not included in the service fee and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S. Contact the carrier directly for international delivery updates.
- We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories outside the U.S. without prior written approval.
- Physical items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item for assistance.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office first.
- For packages marked as lost (not delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date), email help@breepalmer.pro with your order number and tracking details. We will initiate a carrier claim and provide a replacement or refund for the physical item once the claim is approved.
- Delays due to customs processing are not covered under this policy and may extend delivery times by 1–2 weeks for international shipments.
